Push up. It's a lot like a push up with a dumbbell in the hand. It will help you to strengthen the shoulder muscles. Start by doing one set. It's important to have a high level of muscle strength before you try to do more exercises. Standing push up. This is a variation of the push up. It's the same idea of using a weight. Stand with a weight in your hands. This will push the weight upward. Hold that position for two seconds then lower the weight until your chest is pressed against the ground. Push up.
