Here's a quick list of things I know that are proven to help with stress.
Exercise – This seems obvious, but there's no doubt that exercise will improve your mood and reduce your stress levels. I don't know whether you can get your body to burn fat more efficiently than an easy jog or a short cycle, but here are some simple exercises to increase metabolism. A healthy diet – I've already written about this a few times, but it bears repeating. Do not eat junk food. Keep a consistent schedule, as well as exercise, and you will be able to avoid these problems. Get enough sleep – If you don't get enough sleep you'll be tired, unhappy and angry, which will make it easier to get stressed. Exercise helps your mind, body and spirit to focus. Make sure your work environment is a place that helps you stay positive and that you can be yourself and get along well with people around you. If you have an active job, consider getting a stress-busting exercise machine. If you don't have any job that can be stressful for you, get involved in something that you like or enjoy doing. Keep a regular exercise routine, even if you're not very fit or want to try to burn some fat.
